SAM NOEL, PRINCIPAL

Sam serves as the firm's lead for strategy design and implementation, bringing nearly two decades of experience structuring complex life insurance solutions for ultra-high net worth individuals and families. His deep relationships with clients — built on a genuine understanding of their financial lives, family dynamics, and long-term objectives — directly inform the precision with which every strategy is designed. His command of premium finance — from plan architecture through carrier placement — and his deep relationships with the country's leading insurance providers allow VCG to execute at the highest level on behalf of its clients. His background in agriculture, land, and industrial real estate gives him a distinctive lens for families seeking to preserve hard assets, business interests, and multi-generational legacy.

He and his wife Mandy are raising four children in Kanab, Utah, where Sam is known to log serious miles in the desert on foot.

ZACH MCGLOTHIN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Zach leads Vision Consulting Group as CEO, involved in each stage of the client journey — from strategy design and implementation through ongoing inforce management and plan optimization. He works closely with clients to ensure each case is actively monitored and aligned with evolving financial objectives. Internally, he oversees the firm's operational infrastructure and position for sustained growth. His background in private wealth management gives him a fluency in the broader financial picture that surrounds every client relationship.

Zach lives in Herriman, Utah with his wife Tessa, where they are expecting their fourth child.

STEPHEN MONGIE, SENIOR ADVISOR

Stephen serves in an advisory capacity to Vision Consulting Group's leadership, drawing on more than two decades at the forefront of premium finance life insurance for ultra-high net worth families. His counsel continues to inform how the firm approaches its most sophisticated client engagements.

These days, Stephen spends his time with his wife and family in his native Cape Town, South Africa — tending to his people and the place he calls home.

Michelle oversees VCG's case submission and underwriting processes, bringing over a decade of specialized experience preparing, processing, and placing large and complex life insurance policies. Her command of the underwriting landscape — and the relationships she has cultivated across the carrier community — allows VCG to move with precision and efficiency on behalf of its clients. Michelle's attention to detail and relentless follow-through make her an indispensable part of every new engagement from submission through issuance.

She lives in St. George, Utah, where she spends her free time in the garden and on the soccer field with her son. .

TRACI BARTLETT, MANAGER - PREMIUM FINANCE

Traci manages the backend dimensions of VCG's premium finance engagements, ensuring that each relationship is supported with clarity, consistency, and a high standard of service. Her deep familiarity with the mechanics of premium financing allows her to guide the financial underwriting and loan renewal processes with confidence and ease. Traci is committed to the kind of proactive, detail-oriented service that sophisticated clients rightly expect.

She lives in Bluffdale, Utah with her husband and two children, and can usually be found outdoors or building something elaborate out of LEGOs.
